You have the right to replace or return a product you purchased because: An error occurred in the item or quantity, We made a mistake in the price or shipping, The product was defective.
In any case, you must contact us by phone or via e-mail or fill out the relevant return form provided below. We do not accept returns of items without prior notice; a case should be documented on our end and also guidance will be provided to you, on how to return the order.
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order. The product must be in its original packaging, unused and in excellent condition. Defective items are excluded.
You must ensure that the returned item reaches us intact. It is your responsibility to safely package the order to avoid damage during transport. You can use a transport company of your choice; in this case, the cost is borne by you. Each return must be accompanied by a copy of the original purchase document – especially in case a Sales Invoice has been issued, the original document must be returned to us. Items at a discount or on offer can be changed only with items of a corresponding category (at a discount or on offer).
Returns caused by a customer’s (and not a company’s) fault are charged additionally with the amount of 5€ (shipping costs).
Purchases made with gift cards or purchases that were sent as gifts can be exchanged for other products, but cannot be redeemed for cash.

In case you want to request for a refund: The refund is made within 14 calendar days from the moment you inform us of your intention to return your order, and after we have received the returned item and it has been checked to ensure it is intact. In case the product was shipped with free shipping, these are non-refundable. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is caused by a Dressito fault, due to an incorrect shipping item/quantity or defective product. The way the refund is completed depends on the payment method you originally chose for your order. Thus, the amount will be refunded either by canceling your credit card charge, by refunding via Paypal, or by bank transfer to a bank account that you will indicate to us, as long as you have paid by Cash On Delivery. For monetary advances made for products with availability status “Available upon order”, there will be no right of withdrawal.
